Filters

Filter which leads are interacted with by your AI Agents.

What do filters do?

You might not want your agents to contact every lead immediately when they come into Gizmo.

For this reason, Gizmo allows for a number of fine-grained filters to be applied before an agent is allowed to contact a lead.

Filter types

There are currently four types of filters available.

All filters are customized per campaign, giving you maximum control.

Lead providers

Choose which lead providers will make it into your campaign. Only lead providers in the list will be eligible to be contacted by your agents.

Delay before contact

Select a number of days to wait before an agent can begin contacting a lead.

Spending cap

Define a maximum dollar amount. The campaign will stop running when the total spend for the month exceeds this number.

This allows you to try out and experiment with a campaign without worrying about over-spending.

Percent of leads

Define a fixed percentage. For every 100 leads that come into Gizmo, only this percentage will be enrolled into the campaign.
