Getting started
Getting started with Gizmo Agents.
Introduction
Gizmo Agents is a no-code platform for deploying your own mortgage-trained AI Agents, designed to be incredibly simple to use and fast to produce real business results.
Gizmo Agents has a few key concepts that you should understand:
Outcomes
What sort of business outcomes can my agents accomplish?
Filtering & Limits
How can I filter which leads my agents interact with or limit my spending?
Billing
How does billing work with Gizmo Agents?
Terminology
Campaign: A campaign is a group of settings that you configure for your agents. You can have as many campaigns as you want, each with custom outcomes, filters and metrics.
Outcome: An outcome is the end-goal of your agent. You can have a primary and secondary outcome for each campaign.
Thread: A thread is a conversation between your AI Agent and a borrower. A campaign is made up many different "threads" or conversations.
Create your first campaign
In this example, we will create a campaign where AI agents will reach out to new leads and live-transfer them to your sales team.
In Gizmo, navigate to Settings > Agent Campaigns and click Create in the top right.
The only thing you need to provide is a name for your campaign, which helps you identify it in the future.
Compose an intro message
The intro message is the very first message your agent will send to a new borrower.
You can write your template tags with any syntax you'd like. The AI will infer the correct data.

Choose an outcome
The agent needs a primary outcome and optionally, a secondary outcome.

The Transfer Number will depend on whether you're using Gizmo CRM or a third party CRM.
Leave the Transfer number blank.
Enter a valid DID number that routes to your CRM.
The Caller ID phone number will be the phone number of the borrower being transferred.
Enable your campaign
With that, you'll have completed the minimum necessary setup to start your campaign.
To enable the campaign, click the Enable button in the top right.
