What can I do with the Gizmo API?

The Gizmo API allows you to securely interact with your data across the Gizmo platform, including Voice, Contact Center, and Gizmo AI.

Using this API, you can:

• Sync data between Gizmo and external systems
• Command your AI agents in real-time
• Use external data triggers to direct your lead-routing

Prerequisites

1. You must have an active subscription to at least one product in the Gizmo platform.
   • If you don't have an account, contact us to get started.
2. You must have an application that is able to send HTTP requests to the Gizmo API.
3. Some knowledge of HTTP requests and JSON is helpful.
